Nestled within the Cherrywood Place Subdivision in LaGrange, KY, The Oaks Assisted Living provides residents with a courtyard, private balconies, personal mailboxes, and a single-story, open floor plan. Our assisted living apartments are conveniently located within minutes of healthcare providers, hospitals, shopping, and dining. Our inviting community spaces have comfortable seating, large flat-panel televisions, and cozy places for friends and family to visit.

- Spacious 1 and 2-bedroom private apartments furnished as desired
- Full kitchen and living room with a spacious bedroom and bathroom
- Each apartment has its own porch/seating area
- 3 meals per day with family-style dining (guests trays available to purchase)
- Snacks available
- Meal delivery to the apartment in the event of illness
- Scheduled medication reminders
- Utilities and Cable are included in the room rate (does not include phone)
- Light housekeeping services 1 time per week
- Bed linens laundered 1 time per week
- Laundry facility on campus
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, and shopping
- Private mailbox
- Scheduled trips to the public library
- Planned stimulating social and recreational activities
- Weekly scheduled trips to Beauty/ Barbershop

- Access and coordination of home health services
- Medication reminders by our staff
- Access to house-call physician and nurse practitioner visits
- Priority access to The Richwood campus health facility to include Short-Term Rehabilitation services and Skilled Nursing Care if needed
